I love water, I like water .. but with drops of lemon or orange or fruit is better to me but.. I'm trying to leave the Soda addiction

this article is useful and interesting and a lot of people we know excess is not good. Soda is chemical in most of cases... water is healthy.

I just found out that I gained a little weight after the trip to Japan!!! OMG! I have to work out right now!

crays 15-11-09 2009-11-15 11:01:00

Well make sense! Japan food is totally awesome! But its expensive even in their own country i heard ?

Night Angel 15-11-09 2009-11-15 12:58:55

Not making sense! Their food is health and light!

Not really expensive actually, and even cheaper in their supermarkets. I got some Japanese udon from the local shops, just HK (about US), but if you get it from HK stores, it is like 2-3 times the price.

But restaurants are not that cheap, though affordable still. I would say nearly the same price as HK, but the quality of course is higher. At least Japanese won't cheat you off with cheap stuff or setting, like less meat more rice in a dish!

crays 16-11-09 2009-11-16 05:53:29

Hahahaha, sorry i meant make sense by, you eat more, cause its delicious . I mean by comparison to a normal meal you would have in your country, it is more expensive there.

Night Angel 16-11-09 2009-11-16 10:00:46

To my city, nearly the same actually. With that same amount of money though, you get a little bit better food sometimes, because of the Japanese quality.

crays 16-11-09 2009-11-16 10:22:01

I see, well that price is not really our normal daily meal expenses

McL used the wrong words it should be "fit" as crays said. That's the right word.

Exercise all the way!

u need a good friend to keep in shape. A friend that will prohibit u from putting junk food into ur system, give u good competition in sports, and motivation.

Its hard, but it removes the bad addictions in your food habits.

Night Angel 19-11-09 2009-11-19 15:28:39

I must say that is very true. Why? When a person is growing up, the most active period is when he is with his friends, and a person actually learns most of his behaviors or languages from his friends.

So if you have a group of friends who drink a lot and smoke, you will just end up like them too. It is very hard to be completely unaffected even going out a lot with those people. However, if your friends tend to eat healthy, no smoke and only a little alcohol, then I think you will be a healthy guy too. If they exercise, you will probably join and exercise together too.
